Exchange & Return


Sydney Evan Standard Return & Exchange Policy:

Items purchased on SydneyEvan.com may be returned to Sydney Evan for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (Sydney Evan box and/or pouch).

Please submit your return or exchange request via e-mail to love@sydneyevan.com. Please include your original order number, contact information (name, email, phone number) and the reason for your return. One of our customer service representative will get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.

FINAL SALE ITEMS - Customized & personalized styles, and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If additional products are not returnable, it will be noted in the description on the item's page.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from SydneyEvan.com.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Custom Beaded Bracelets created with one of our stylists are not considered special order and are returnable with 7 days according to the terms of the Sydney Evan Return Policy (above).

Sydney Evan does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

 

International Shipments - Orders Shipped Outside Of The United States

The customer is responsible for duties and taxes which are to be paid at checkout. Items purchased on SydneyEvan.com may be returned to Sydney Evan for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (Sydney Evan box and/or pouch). Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.

Please email love@sydneyevan.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return.
