FAQs

Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?
We recommend browsing our site before your appointment, feel free to email us the links at love@sydneyevan.com. Based on your selection or previous purchases, your stylist will make suggestions. You will receive a link for your virtual appointment via email 24 hours before your appointment time, and please make sure you have access to a smartphone.
How much does a personal shopping appointment cost?
Personal shopping appointments are complimentary.
How long does a personal shopping appointment last?
Our stylists will dedicate up to 30 minutes per appointment. If more time is needed, you'll be able to schedule a second call with your stylist.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?
We will hold your appointment for no more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time. If you are unable to join, please email us to reschedule your appointment.
What happens after my appointment?
After your appointment, your stylist will follow up via email with your selection. You can always email us at love@sydneyevan.com for any additional styling or sizing advice, as well as questions about your order.
Will my stylist help place my order?
Absolutely! At the end of your appointment, your stylist will review any pieces you are interested in purchasing and email you an invoice for your order.
