Please use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions, colognes and perfumes when wearing Sydney Evan jewels. Their application may cause the metal to tarnish. When cleaning fine jewelry it is always best to leave it to a professional as many home cleaning methods may cause damage.

Holiday Notice: Starting December 24th, 2024, our offices will be partially closed for the holidays. Orders may experience delays until we fully reopen on January 6th, 2025. Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed from November 28 to December 23 can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you need your order by a specific date. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Sydney Evan does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on observed holidays. Applicable duties and taxes on all international orders will be collected at the time of checkout. Items purchased on our website may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (Sydney Evan box and/or pouch). Please email love@sydneyevan.com for return requests. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
