Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you need your order by a specific date. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Sydney Evan does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on observed holidays. Applicable duties and taxes on all international orders will be collected at the time of checkout. Items purchased on our website may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (Sydney Evan box and/or pouch). Please email love@sydneyevan.com for return requests. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Ring Sizing

Cut a thin stripe of paper or thread. Wrap the paper/thread around your finger. Mark the spot where the paper /thread meets. Measure the length of the thread with your ruler and use the below chart to determine your ring size.

BRACELET SIZING

Our standard bracelet size is 6.25" for women and 7" for men. All beaded bracelets are made to the order and can be made in any size."

  • Using a string, ribbon, or measurement tape, measure the circumference of your wrist just above the wrist bone (toward the elbow).
  • Make a note of the number at the point where the measuring tape meets the O.
  • If your wrist appears to be between two sizes, we suggest you choose the larger size. (ex. if you measured 6-6.26 inches with the string test, we always advise that you order size 6.5).
