Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 2-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Sydney Evan does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on observed holidays. Items purchased on SydneyEvan.com and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to Sydney Evan for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (Sydney Evan box and/or pouch). Please email love@sydneyevan.com for return requests.

Ring Sizing
Cut a thin stripe of paper or thread. Wrap the paper/thread around your finger. Mark the spot where the paper /thread meets. Measure the length of the thread with your ruler and use the below chart to determine your ring size.

Our chains vary in length and style. Note that pendant size and your neck circumference can impact where your necklace actually falls.
BRACELET SIZING
Our standard bracelet size is 6.25" for women and 7" for men. All beaded bracelets are made to the order and can be made in any size."
- Using a string, ribbon, or measurement tape, measure the circumference of your wrist just above the wrist bone (toward the elbow).
- Make a note of the number at the point where the measuring tape meets the O.
- If your wrist appears to be between two sizes, we suggest you choose the larger size. (ex. if you measured 6-6.26 inches with the string test, we always advise that you order size 6.5).
